An audit can help determine if your clients home loan has been securitized or if there have been possible violations of the following: RESPA, TILA, HOEPA, predatory lending, and underwriting policies.
If any of these violations are found, your client will have supporting evidence that they can then take to court against their lender.

How much does an audit cost?
The cost of a loan audit depends on how many loan audits your company will purchase from us on a monthly basis. The industry price for a single audit containing both a securitization audit and a forensic audit is around $1,500. However we offer audits at a lower cost because we sell them in bulk amounts.
